Straightforward to adjust thanks to 2 steel pins and 8 locking holes, simply slide the bars and replace the pins to set the right length for you. Connect your favourite cuffs-with-clips and – hey presto – you're away! Please note: this spreader bar does not come with cuffs but can be used with almost any ankle cuffs; just check that the cuffs you have, have some sort of clip to attach them to the bar.
